Kanu Kahe Rai
Kanu Kahe Rai is a stage adaptation of Saradindu Bandopadhyay’s short story of the same name. The play is a romantic comedy and portrays two sisters as the polar opposite of each other. The younger one, in spite of spending a proportionate amount of time in the west, did not cling to occidental mannerism as much as the elder sister does. The man once rejected by the elder sister for being too naïve and rustic is accepted by the younger one as the perfect match for herself.
